Muusikko ja tuottaja Tommee Profitt kuuli raskaana olevan vaimonsa Angela Profittin hassuttelevan hokemalla “waddle, waddle, waddle”. Vaimo mukaili Sexy and I Know It -kappaletta.
”Se sai luovat mehut välittömästi liikkeelle. Nauroimme, jonka jälkeen aloin työstää I’m Pregnant and I Know It -kappaleen sanoitusta”, Tommee kertoo.

”Vaimoni on ujo, eikä hän koskaan halua tulla kuvatuksi. Kun kerroin ideastani tehdä video, hän vastusteli. Houkuttelin häntä sinnikkäästi, ja lopulta hän suostui.”
Ujon Angelan tähdittämää videota katsottu tähän mennessä melkein 2 miljoonaa kertaa.
